Festival Overview
For the sixth year in a row, 4th Street Arts will host a 12 hour event on October 3 celebrating Jersey City’s creative community. Coinciding this year with Pro Arts’ 19th Annual Artists Studio Tour, The 4th Street Art & Music Festival is an open forum where more than 1,000 Jersey City residents gather to view the latest works of the city’s finest visual artists and listen to up-and-coming bands while learning more about what the thriving local arts community has to offer. The Festival truly brings the neighborhood together and provides unprecedented exposure for businesses and artist alike.

(*Space is limited. 4th Street Arts reserves the right to jury applicants. In the event an artist/artisan is not accepted, your check will be returned.)
Artist and Artisan Details
Visual Artist and Artisan participation fee: $25 (Fee covers your temporary vending permit.)
(6′ tables and folding chairs are available to rent for an additional fee. Please indicate your requirements on your submission form)

Please note the following:
- The earlier you get in, the more likely your name will be included in the press release and promo materials
- It is the artist/artisan’s responsibility to supply any additional materials that may be needed for display (e.g. display stands for wares, specialty hooks for artwork, etc.)

Live Artist Details
Artwork will be held after the Festival at 4th Street Arts for a show in City Hall to be held later this fall/winter (exact details TBD). By submitting this form you agree to a 60(artist)/40(4th Street Arts) split if your work sells at the Festival or at the fall/winter exhibition.

Food Vendors*
You are invited to join the 4th Street Art & Music Festival excitement by selling your food and/or beverages at the event. Give your establishment amazing exposure and share your fare among hundreds of hungry residents who’ll be eating up the music and art showcased at the Festival.

(*Limit of FOUR (4) food vendors at the Festival. Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Please note the following:
- Vendor is responsible to provide a valid health certificate. File with the Jersey City Department of Health for a one-day health certificate.
- Vendor must supply own water and electricity as needed.
- Set-up is at 8 am and breakdown is after 10 pm.
- Vendor must remove own trash.
- Position of booth at festival to be determined after all vendors are booked. Dependent on size of cart/truck.
