4th Street Arts invites you to celebrate the holidays in creative formal style with 4th Street Arts at City Hall

Don't miss this dazzling affair filled with delightful designs that'll inspire your holiday fashion flair, music that'll rock your socks off, video about the heart of JC arts, and photos of all our favorite local places and people. The crowning glory of the evening is a showcase of more than 40 pieces that were created live during the fall 4th Street Arts & Music Festival. All pieces will be for sale during the event and will continue to be on display, and available for purchase, through the end of December.
