• Ben Torrei and Andy Hertz from BGT Enterprises will be on hand to present their plans and answer questions for the redevelopment of 318-328 Newark Avenue (currently the abandoned gas station located on the corner of Newark Avenue and Brunswick Street). As currently proposed, 318-328 Newark Avenue will include commercial space on the ground floor and 57 condominium units.
