NEW DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR 156-166 BRUNSWICK ST.

  • Nima Nili from GothamWest Development will be on hand to present their plans and answer questions for the redevelopment of 156-166 Brunswick Street (located on the east side of Brunswick Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets). As currently proposed, 156-166 Brunswick Street will include 2 buildings: Building 1 –  17 apartments, 9 parking spots, 5 stories with set back sixth story. Building 2 – 19 apartments, 10 parking spots, 4 stories with set back fifth story.
