Join architectural historian and “Legendary Locals of Jersey City” author John Gomez for
a walk through the historic Italian Village in Downtown Jersey City. Tour-goers will visit culturally and architecturally significant sites throughout The Village, including Casa Colombo, Holy Rosary Church, The Embankment, Mary Benson Park, and White Eagle Hall.
Four separate Village tours are scheduled for Saturday, October 8th at 11:00 am and
2:00 pm and Sunday, October 9th at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 pm. All tours begin at the
newly-renovated Village Park, 384-388 First Street, between Brunswick and Colgate.
