The Village Neighborhood Association is conducting a quality of life survey for Monmouth Street between Third and Fifth Streets. This survey is intended to gauge residents’ concerns regarding this section of our neighborhood, and the effect these concerns have on their quality of life. Our goal as an association is to work with the residents, the business owners, and the city to provide a clean and safe environment for all those who live in this area.
